Approach
The leaders I work with don't lack intelligence, effort, or ambition. They lack space—time away from the daily noise to think clearly before making the next big call. Executive coaching with Nexlumis™ is that space. It's structured, one-to-one work focused on the patterns — often unconscious — that shape how you make decisions, lead your team, and hold up under pressure as your company grows or changes. I bring the same rigour to this as I do to strategic advisory work, but the conversation itself is quieter than that: less about the plan, more about the person making it. This is not therapy, and it is not motivational coaching. It's a confidential space to think honestly, act with more conviction, and lead in a way that's sustainable — particularly at the moments that ask the most of you: a new senior appointment, a period of rapid growth, a difficult decision you can't quite see the shape of yet. Coaching only works when it's matched to a real situation, not offered as a generic development track. In our first conversation, we'll be honest about whether coaching — or something else — is the right fit for what you're actually facing.

Engagement
How coaching works
Clarity call
A short, no-obligation conversation to understand what you're facing and whether we're the right fit.
Strategic Clarity Diagnostic
A focused, fixed-fee engagement — two sessions mapping the decision in front of you: the stakeholders, the constraints, and what's genuinely driving the hesitation. You leave with a clear view of what's blocking progress, and a straight recommendation on the right next step.
Choosing your programme
Based on the Diagnostic, we agree the right level of ongoing support.
Coaching sessions → Progress review
Regular sessions structured around what's live for you, with milestones reviewed against real outcomes — not just how things feel.
Programmes
Focus
6–10 sessions / ~3 months
Best for: A specific decision, transition, or challenge
For a defined problem with a defined shape — a decision that needs to be made well, a transition that needs steady hands, a challenge that needs untangling before it grows. Dense technical, scientific, or market complexity gets translated into a strategic narrative you can act on and defend.
Growth
12–20 sessions / ~6 months
Best for: Sustained development through a period of change or scale-up
Structured across four phases — diagnose, disrupt, rebuild, embed — for leaders ready to shift how they operate, not just what they decide. We identify the ingrained patterns that limit judgement under pressure, then build practical tools that hold up once the engagement ends. Milestones are tied to real business outcomes.
Partnership
18–30 sessions / ~9 months
Best for: Leaders who want an established thinking partner through a full growth cycle
An ongoing strategic relationship built around your live decisions, not a fixed curriculum. As complexity shifts — new markets, new stakeholders, new stakes — the partnership moves with it. Includes board-ready framing support for the moments that matter most.
A note for science-led and technology businesses
Within any of the three programmes, clients in R&D-intensive or deep-tech businesses can draw on additional support specific to that world: framing technical complexity for non-technical boards and investors, prioritising innovation pipelines under real constraints, and navigating the shift from technical expert to commercial leader.
